We are a small company specializing in acupuncture, yoga and meditation retreats in beautiful tropical areas like Costa Rica. Join us for an intimate week in beautiful Nosara Costa Rica. Our rejuvenation retreat will relax and refresh you with daily group acupuncture and meditation treatments, daily Hatha yoga practice for all levels, and freshly prepared cuisine. Our practitioners are highly skilled and trained in the healing remedies of acupuncture and yoga, and we have professional chef onsite ready to prepare both local and global cuisine. Our retreat is nestled amongst the hillside just minutes away from some of Costa Rica's most beautiful beaches. Surrounded by lush forest you will see monkeys, birds, and you may even spy a sloth.
