I think if I didn't write this, then it will not be fair to Raj and Josephine Sharma of Legacy Homes Realty in Lake Elsinore, CA for their hard work and honesty, they deserve this review very much. They both showed an excellent commitment to making sure I was well-informed and confident in my choices throughout the whole house-buying process. Their responsiveness to my emails and availability to accept my calls were key factors in creating a smooth and stress-free transaction. Their solid understanding of the Lake Elsinore housing market was easily noticeable, and their guidance on several topics, including the best areas, schools, and community amenities, was extremely helpful in locating the appropriate house in a fantastic neighborhood. Raj and Josephine's levels of expertise are remarkable, and it made the entire procedure remarkably easy.

My boyfriend and I lived in San Diego for many years and got excited when we got our first pre-approval letter from the lender and started house hunting in San Diego, but with a shortage of inventory and sky-high prices in the San Diego market, we decided to look elsewhere. One weekend we visited Temecula and fell in love with the town and decided this is it. We called Legacy Homes Realty and got connected with Raj Sharma, he was very informative about the Temecula real estate market. It took us a couple of back-and-forth trips over the weekend to get our offer accepted for the home we loved. My boyfriend and I are very happy to have purchased a beautiful home in Temecula for a lot less price than San Diego. Raj was there for us every step of the way and explained the buying process in detail which made it easier for us to understand. Since we moved here now our friends are interested in buying a home in Temecula also and we have connected them to Raj already. We were blessed to have found and worked with Josephine and Raj Sharma with Legacy Homes Realty. We sold our Condo in Murrieta and purchased a bigger home also located in Murrieta for our family since we outgrew our condo when we had twins and my husband wanted a dog. We thought the selling and buying process will not be possible in this crazy real estate market, but with Raj's expert advice and guidance, we were able to do both. What we liked most about them was how easy it was to get hold of them, Raj was very responsive to our text messages and phone calls and answered any questions we had along the way, and kept us on track.
