Almost 10 years ago I went to Christopher for help with two puppies, Fenris and Loki, that I had adopted. The only tools I had to deal with their issues were "old school" techniques and I really wanted to update my methods of training and help them become great pets. I enjoyed the Puppy Class so much that I signed both of them up for Beginning Obedience and then Intermediate Obedience. Loki really needed a "job" to keep him busy so we did the Tricks class with him, too. Both turned out to be great companions and I learned a lot in the process of training them! We recently brought home our new pup, Clyde, and I'm thrilled that you're around to help train him! It's been almost 10 years since I had to deal with puppy behavior, but it's slowly coming back. Your techniques worked well with my last set of puppies and I'm looking forward to training a new puppy with you. Thanks for all your help! - Beth

I have taken many private cases through the years. One particular case I recall was "life-or-death" --- either the dog stopped barking, or the police would take him to the pound. Being a Sheltie (known for copious barking), it did take several weeks. But with the owner's cooperation, we were able to curb the barking and they were able to therefore keep the dog. It's cases like this that make me feel good inside.
