When she took my professional headshot, she gave me recommendations for clothing styles and colors to wear. I receive compliments regularly on my photo. She took my daughters high school senior photos and captured her personality perfectly! She was patient and paired up background colors wonderfully. Most recently Susan worked for our non-profit organization at a formal gala at The Henry Ford Museum. She photographed 300 guests as they entered the event and then also take candid shots throughout the evening. I can't say enough about the experience that my daughter & I had when we went to have our pictures done by Susan, she was very prepared & made us feel right at home!! Susan First took pictures of my five year old daughter & I could tell that she was good with children because Madison started to get a little crazy & Susan just told her to make silly faces & dance around while she continued to take pictures of her... I have to say they turned out to be really cute!!! We also had our pictures taken together which has been something I've wanted to do for a while now & so very glad I did because Susan did a fantastic Job on them!!!! We talked about what I wanted and how I should look, Susan suggested outfits and she had a makeup artist available for my session. The makeup artist talked to me about how I should look and developed a makeup look that enhanced my face. It was so much fun to take pictures in a few of my favorite outfits. Susan's skills allowed me to look great but the bonus is that my personality shows through in the photos. Being a photographer myself, it was difficult, but understandable, when my daughter didn't want me to take her graduation photos. Susan's photography and the experience that she provided for my daughter far exceeded our expectations. The organization of the shoot and mixing what we wanted with her artistic suggestions put us all at ease. From the early stages of make-up, the shoot, and selecting final pieces were very organized and professional, not to mention, the quality of the final work is superb. Susan's work made my daughter choosing her easy pill to swallow.
