This is the third home that I have purchased in my life and I have to say the smoothest of all three, not because there were significant differences in the house or location but because of the mortgage company I used for this transaction, MAR Financial. My wife and I have less than perfect credit scoring in the high 600's we had anticipated hardship in getting pre-qualified in today's market for a home. MAR Financial was recommended to my wife and I though a friend and from start to finish this was the easiest mortgage process I have ever been though, Within 4 days Renzo at MAR Financial had us pre-qualified for a loan and when we found a house the entire loan and escrow processing time took less than 30 days! and would have been faster had the seller husband and wife been local and not in two separate states. MAR Financial covered a great deal, almost all of my costs which was a pleasant surprise at closing. I'm still in awe at how smooth and accurate this transaction through MAR Financial was in a housing market that is known for dragging buyers with less than perfect credit scores though hot coals. I can't say enough 'good' about MAR Financial and give them the highest rating on not only their loan service but their customer service and recommend them without hesitation.

I just closed on my first home! Man, what an experience! I had so many questions from rates differences in FHA and Conventional loans to when I have to make my mortgage payment. Most of the time these questions would come to me late at night. Renzo was always immediately responsive and knowledgable with any question I had. Another aspect not to be missed is his integrity. I have heard many horror stories about brokers out for the almighty dollar. With my limited knowledge I was an easy target for such a broker. I had this fear laid to rest very early.
