I had two other companies come out and look at my AC system. They both told me that I needed a whole new system and it was going to cost me between $4,500 and $5,000. A friend of mine gave me Rich's number and he came out right away. He looked at the system and told me the only thing that was wrong with the AC unit was a leak in the freon line. He repaired it and recharged the freon. The system has been working smoothly and ICE COLD. Thanks Rich you saved me a ton of money.

WHen I contacted Rich I had told him about Sears coming out and what they had told me, It realy seemed that he wasn't shocked by Sears actions. I was looking at a $2600 repair from Sears, Rich said if he were to replace it it would bve around $1800. The so called Temporary fix from Sears was $500 rich did that fix and found several other problems with my heater and got them all fixed for $300. What a great guy! He really set our mind at ease and we would recommend him to anyone we know. He is 100% CUSTOMER SATIFACTION!

Severns Air Conditioning & Heating Company relocated my AC compressor more than 30 feet from where it was located. They made 4 trips to my home to complete the job during the addition of new concrete to the yard. Richard Severns came in person each time & made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it to be! The job was neat, clean and reasonably priced. Severns Air Conditioning and Heating Company owned and operated by Rich is a great company. We have lived in our house for 4 years and have dealt with many bad AC contractors and it was so nice to find Severns AC. He is trustworthy and hardworking. Provides great customer service. The first time he came out he came on a Saturday and Sunday to fix our unit while I was pregnant and miserable in the heat.
