My main issue was major pet stains and odor. My home looks and smells great after the cleaning. It was an amazing transformation. They used an indicator light to find where all of the stains are to make sure that none were overlooked (great attention to detail!) The carpet looks like if it was just installed. I will definitely use them again, just made an appointment to get all the tile cleaned next week. Cant wait! Thank you
