Right off the bat I explained to Dan that I checked out some other dealers and told him my price range. He was very quick to get me in the ballpark price range. He matched the other dealers price without a trade! Within minutes a took the car for a test drive and fell in love. The purchase process went so well. It took less than 20 minutes. I still needed to sign loan papers at the bank but they had no problem getting the paperwork on their end taken care of, letting me take the car to the bank and getting that taken care of. The car needed inspection in wv and Dan quickly took responsibility and paid for it at a nearby inspection location. Their customer service was so good. I had nothing to complain about and plan to shop for my next car there.
