We contacted 3 different roofing companies that were all rated very highly on Manta, but we decided to go with Quality Austin Roofing Services after they delivered the best value - quality of materials, workmanship, customer service and cost. We were actually young first time home buyers, doing major renovations, so we needed someone that we could trust. With quality, they uses a well known brand, we see it on all the home renovations shows. With workmanship, they backed up their work with a 10 year warranty. With customer service, they showed up on time, was very friendly and conducted their work in a professional manner. With cost, they were the best we could find that still gave us the value we needed since this was our first property. Also, since our renovation budget crept up, we decided to forgo replacing our gutters and downspouts and Quality Austin Roofing Services technician nailed them tightly to the roof so it would last another couple years. He also gave us ideas on how we could save money with the garage roof. Thank you guys and look forward to working with you again!

Quality Austin Roofing Services crew did a fantastic job of removing two layers of old shingles, and installing new shingles and added new roof vents and flashing. The crew took only five hours for the entire job...including cleanup. I had very little dirt to cleanup afterwards, except for sweeping my front steps. Amazing! Also I was home for the entire time...and the noise level was far less than I expected. They had warned me to remove pictures or mirrors from the upstairs walls...I need not have bothered. The house never even shook! The pictures I did leave up...did not move. Good job all around..and I will recommend this company to friends in Austin, TX.

Sales representative was very professional and knowledgeable, didn't try to pressure you to make a commitment, offered three different estimates for three different levels of service. Installation crew showed up on time and got right to work, finishing quickly and doing a thorough cleanup. Very impressed with overall experience and would definitely recommend Quality Austin Roofing Services to anyone looking to replace their roof.

I do not usually give all A's in my reports (see other reports by me), but I am very pleased with the quality of their work. My roof looks better than those on new houses and I feel like I won't have to worry about leaks ever again. I have used Quality Austin Roofing Services before for minor repairs (leaking roof and chimney flashing) and I was pleased with their work, so when I saw them on Manta, I decided to called them. I have a large complex roof and it took 2 1/2 days to complete - they finished on Saturday morning. All workers behaved like professionals.
