My experience with Silver and Gold Exchange was very positive. I didn't expect shipping to be covered or for them to cover insurance, it was an added perk. But, overall, I appreciated that they list their prices daily on the website, allowing me to review the current rates they are paying out. I will use the Silver and Gold Exchange again.
