Best results are accomplished through combining colon hydrotherapy with good nutrition, hydration and exercise. Your comfort, dignity and well being is my foremost concern. During your 45-minute colon hydrotherapy session, you will wear a client gown and rest comfortably on the table while warm, triple-filtered water is introduced into your colon through a series of fills and releases. This will hydrate your colon and allow any stagnant fecal matter to be softened and gently removed through the colon's natural muscle movement. I incorporate massage, reflexology and bodywork into the session to increase relaxation, which in turn, allows for better releases. I am an I-ACT certified Colon Therapist and graduated from the Internal Environment Institute in Santa Monica this past January.
