I had the pleasure of working with John and Max from Watchdog Appliance Repair Experts, and I couldn't be more impressed! My Samsung refrigerator's ice maker had been a problem for months - not even Samsung could fix it while it was still under warranty. After a recommendation, I gave these guys a call, and I'm so glad I did! John and Max knew exactly what was wrong and performed the necessary ice room upgrade to fully resolve the issue. No more clumpy ice or water leaking from the dispenser - it's working perfectly now! On top of that, they went above and beyond with a thorough maintenance check on my refrigerator and polished the stainless steel finish to make it look brand new. As a thoughtful touch, they even gave me free samples of Tide for my washing machine and Cascade for my dishwasher. I'm beyond impressed with their service and expertise. I had a fantastic experience with Watchdog Appliance Repair Experts! My Samsung washer kept going out of balance and stopping mid-cycle every time I used it. John and Max quickly identified the problem and repaired the unit. They didn't stop there-they also deep cleaned the tub and the outside of the washer, making it shine like the day I first purchased it. As a bonus, they even gave me a free Tide soap product to try out! Their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service truly impressed me. Highly recommend them for any appliance repairs!

I can't thank John and Max from Watchdog Appliance Repair Experts enough! After two other companies failed to fix my Samsung ice maker, John and Max were able to get it working perfectly again. Not only did they fix the issue, but they went above and beyond by cleaning the entire area behind the appliance, including a full maintenance check. They even cleaned the condenser and gave the outer cabinet a spray shine that made my refrigerator look brand new. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were exceptional. Highly recommend them for any appliance repairs!
