I had the pleasure of working with John and Max from Watchdog Appliance Repair Experts, and I couldn't be more impressed! My Samsung refrigerator's ice maker had been a problem for months - not even Samsung could fix it while it was still under warranty. After a recommendation, I gave these guys a call, and I'm so glad I did! John and Max knew exactly what was wrong and performed the necessary ice room upgrade to fully resolve the issue. No more clumpy ice or water leaking from the dispenser - it's working perfectly now! On top of that, they went above and beyond with a thorough maintenance check on my refrigerator and polished the stainless steel finish to make it look brand new. As a thoughtful touch, they even gave me free samples of Tide for my washing machine and Cascade for my dishwasher. I'm beyond impressed with their service and expertise. Highly recommend Watchdog Appliance Repair Experts for anyone in need of appliance repair. Thank you, John and Max!

I had a fantastic experience with Watchdog Appliance Repair Experts! My Samsung washer kept going out of balance and stopping mid-cycle every time I used it. John and Max quickly identified the problem and repaired the unit. They didn't stop there-they also deep cleaned the tub and the outside of the washer, making it shine like the day I first purchased it. As a bonus, they even gave me a free Tide soap product to try out! Their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service truly impressed me. Highly recommend them for any appliance repairs!

I can't thank John and Max from Watchdog Appliance Repair Experts enough! After two other companies failed to fix my Samsung ice maker, John and Max were able to get it working perfectly again. Not only did they fix the issue, but they went above and beyond by cleaning the entire area behind the appliance, including a full maintenance check. They even cleaned the condenser and gave the outer cabinet a spray shine that made my refrigerator look brand new. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were exceptional. Highly recommend them for any appliance repairs!

I had an amazing experience with John and Max from Watchdog Appliance Repair Experts! They came out to repair my range just before Thanksgiving, and I couldn't be more grateful. Not only did they fix it quickly, but the quality of their work was outstanding. My range is working perfectly now, just in time for the holiday cooking. They were professional, courteous, and the best part was their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them for anyone needing appliance repairs. Thanks again, John and Max!

Consistent good work and old school values from John and his team at JMC Watchdog. Fixed my fridge with no hassle. I read some of the reviews below and I don't think people understand their service contracts. It's just like health insurance with its rules and regulations. I was familiar with my contract and knew what to expect and John was even more helpful.

Wow. John Carbonara? Owner of JMC Watchdog Home Services? You're quite a "unique" individual, John. How you have remained in business is a testament to the extraordinary benevolence of all persons who have the misfortune of "stumbling" upon your so-called repair services. I must admit, now having been on the receiving-end of your dubious diatribe regarding your reluctance to follow-through on an otherwise properly submitted dispatch by Asurion, Inc., was oddly entertaining. At the risk of provoking another self-induced episode of your unstable behavior, respectfully, may I suggest you refrain from "compelling" customers to submit a set of "photos" merely to avoid "manpower and equipment" expenses (your words) on a work-order dispatch already approved by Asurion, Inc. (SR#: 167844xxxx). Are you okay John? I am concerned.
