Chef Adam Hoffman took over Twin Rivers Brewery in March 2011. Today Twin Rivers Brewing Company is serving frosty pints in downtown Monroe, Washington. Chef Adam Hoffman, who also owns Adam's North West Bistro downtown Monroe, is the master brewery on our 4 BBL system. Currently we are running six ales on tap with a tasting room opening up next store to serve creative style beers for our beer community. Come on by and try out our newest ales on tap!
