My business is an internet sales company through eBay titled "Baubles by Becky." I sell vintage costume jewelry manufactured from the 1940's - 1970's I started my business in 1999 to supplement my income as a teacher. My grandmother left me some vintage costume jewelry when she died and that began my quest to learn as much about it as I could. I started out finding it in antique stores, flea markets and estate sales. These days I usually buy it in lots through eBay itself and then place it for sale in my store. This year I decided to retire from teaching and devote my time and attention to my store. I have learned good business techniques and refined my store and practices over the 13 years that I have had the store. I am proud of the compliments I receive about the quality of my items. My buyers find me to be honest, fair and good at communication. My repeat customer business is great because I have built a relationship of trust and appreciation with them. It's exciting to ship an item to them that I know they are going to love!
