In the difficult day and time, we at L.A.D.Y understand how important it is to have an outlet, a voice, and a sense of pride in order to make it in this world.
L.A.D.Y was founded by Ebony Black when recognizing the need and guidance and nurturing and a positive influence for young ladies today. "I realized that it is imperative to the future of young ladies to have a source of inspiration, someone to look up to, a positive outlet in order to succeed".
L.A.D.Y hopes to become a beacon of hope for all inner city young ladies, and show them that there is better way, that there is hope and that young women are able to successfully achieve their goals and become vital, prosperous member
