I got my tanks under my hog manure pits coated by Custom Lining and Coating, a Spray-Lining dealer. Troy, the owner at Custom Lining and Coating said they used this product because of its non-toxic nature, unlike the polyurea products used by other companies around, like Line-X, which use coatings with polyurea that contain isocyanates that are carcinogenic. Spray-Lining does not contain any carcinogens. I had never heard of “polyurea” before, but since it has this great warranty, I don’t have any spray-lining complaints. This was an education as well as getting secure, warranted manure tank coatings that will last for many years.

I had my truck bed liner sprayed by Custom Lining and Coating. It looks really good, so I asked about getting them to do my koi pond in my back yard, because there haven’t been any Spray-Lining complaints about their work. When I asked about the Ultimate Linings dealer in the area, I learned quite a bit about the competition. Troy said not only are the coatings that these others use more expensive, but they have to be applied with lots of protection, because they’re highly toxic. He said they have Isocyanates and MEK which are carcinogenic. The Spray-Lining coating they use has no toxic VOCs or isocyanates, so it is safe, which makes the whole job go much more quickly.

I had my Jeep interior done by Troy at Custom Lining and Coating, and how it looks, I don’t have any spray-lining complaints. He told me that they used a poly-hybrid, and I had no idea what he meant by that. He said it means they don’t get all the spray-lining complaints because their formula doesn’t have any toxic Isocyanates. Their manufacturer, Spray-Lining warrantees the product, so I won’t have to worry if anything goes wrong with it.

Custom Lining and Coating coated all the floors at my Subway restaurants. They did a good job, and I have no spray-lining complaints. The owner said they use a product called a “polyaspartic” but all I know is it looks good, and I am going to suggest to the higher ups at Subway that they might want to suggest to other Subway owners to use this product. Not only does it look good, it’s easy to clean and comes with a great warranty backed by the manufacturer-Spray-Lining. The warranty is another reason they don’t have any spray-lining complaints.

Custom Lining and Coating coated the inside of my olive tanks. Troy at Custom Lining and Coating was very informative about why they used this product because of its non-toxic nature, unlike the polyurea products used by others, like Line-X. He also said most of the coating companies use coatings with polyurea that contain isocyanates that are carcinogenic. Spray-Lining does not contain anything carcinogenic, and has no Spray-Lining Complaints. I had never heard of “polyurea” before, I thought it was all polyurethanes or various epoxies. This was an education as well as getting secure, warranted tanks that will last over 20 years with a great warranty.

I had Custom Lining and Coating do the floors of my Arby’s restaurants. Troy explained that they coat the floors with a “polyaspartic” coating, but that didn’t mean anything to me. I have no spray-lining complaints, because it looks so good. I plan on contacting the head office of Arby’s and show them how it looks, in case they want to suggest using Spray-Lining products on all the franchises. The floor is smooth, easy to clean and the coating was warranted by Spray-Lining for many years and does not have to be constantly redone every few years.

After I had my car clear bra done by Custom Lining and Coating, I was interested in getting an estimate on my small backyard pond, because there haven’t been any Spray-Lining complaints. Troy said the coatings that the other companies use are not only more expensive, but they must be applied by those dealers because they’re toxic. He said they have Isocyanates which is carcinogenic. Some have MEK which is highly volatile and also carcinogenic. The Spray-Lining coating I’d get from Spray-Lining has no toxic VOCs or isocyanates, so all I will need to do this job is a paint mask, which is great. Since my pond is so small, it wouldn’t be worth the trip for them to come out and do it, so Troy suggested using the Spray-Lining pond kit.

Custom Lining and Coating sprayed the inside of my Jeep and it looks like it will take the beating it gets when we are out and about. Troy the owner told me that they used a poly-hybrid, which doesn’t mean anything to me, so he explained that there aren’t any carcinogenic chemicals in it, so it is safe to spray without all the protective stuff, which means they don’t get any spray-lining complaints from anyone in their area, or any complaints even when they go out to do a mobile job. They do garage floors and koi ponds also.

Custom Lining and Coating sprayed my tanks under the chicken manure pits, They used a product by a company called Spray-Lining because they are a Spray-Lining dealer. Troy, the owner said this product is non-toxic, unlike the polyurea products used by other companies. He explained that most of the coating companies spray coatings that are polyurea that contain isocyanates that are carcinogenic. Spray-Lining’s coating formula does not. I don’t really know anything about polyurea, I thought the coatings were polyurethanes or various epoxies. I learned something about coatings, and got a great warranty on my tanks, so if anything goes wrong with the coating, they will come out and fix it.

I had Custom Lining and Coating spray the inside of my grain tanks. Since they are a Spray-Lining certified dealer, they used the Spray-lining poly-hybrid product, which is safe to spray. They explained that most of the coating companies spray coatings that are polyureas and contain isocyanates that are carcinogenic. Spray-Lining doesn’t get any complaints because it doesn’t contain anything carcinogenic. I got a quality coating on my tanks and learned something in the process about the actual coating and the fact that it will last about many years, and have no spray-lining complaints.
