We received excellent service from AppleCrossing. We bought a 16 GB iPhone 4S to replace our daughter's phone which had been stolen. We were very happy with the phone, but unfortunately, the home button quit working after about 4 weeks. They were absolutely great about it and replaced it with a 32 GB model at a no cost to us - not even shipping! Like the first one, it arrived promptly and looks brand new. I was browsing AppleCrossing.com when I came across the 6' USB Charge/Sync Cable which, up until this point, I never knew existed. My biggest complaint I've ever had with my iPhone (or any Apple product) is the short accessory cables. I charge my phone at night and my phone was always on the edge of my nightstand (and often times ended up on the floor). This product is far better than the one I received with my phone, so much so I am actually purchasing a second for my wife. Customer service is very professional and I received my item carefully packaged and in a timely matter (even after a holiday weekend). I would highly recommend AppleCrossing and will continue to check back for new deals and postings.

Please state if your phones are unlocked. I want to buy unlocked iphones. Also if used or brand new.
