Perfect Party is not a franchise, it is locally owned by Jeff and Jodi Bay. We opened the business April 2012. I am a life long resident of NWA and have seen all the changes to the area. Needing a store that offers party supplies in this area is what made our decision to open this kind of store. It is exciting to open a store that is fun and a service that is needed. My daughters and I manage the store so it is family owned and customer friendly!
