Savannah Southern Homes LLC. believes in making homes that our buyers can be proud of. We strive to make our homes energy efficient, low maintenance and withstand the test of time. There is no reason why your home shouldn't look as good the day you sell it as the day you built it. When we remodel a home, we make it look like it was always supposed to be that way and not an after thought. We love to build homes on BASEMENTS (yes basements), PIER and BEAM foundations and MONOLITHIC CONCRETE slab foundations. All foundations are engineered to conform with varying soil conditions that may be present at your property. Our philosophy at Savannah Southern Homes is "build them right, build them once".
