Terrible customer service! Tom did a good job refinishing my downstairs. However, garbage from the job was left in my lawn two days in a row. The face to my electrical box was taken off and left on my basement floor, never replaced. I had to postpone part of the job because of some unexpected renovation situations. When trying to reschedule, Scott was not very professional. We finally agreed on a day to finish the job, and no one ever showed up. No call, no e-mail, nothing. I already paid the majority owed and feel like I was totally screwed. I would not recommend these guys to anyone.
