Doreen's Gourmet Frozen Pizza started as a small pizzeria on the southside of Chicago in 1986. Bob Wisz started the company and formed his recipes under the influences of the great pizza makers of the 1970's, Ron Weineke, Salvino Pucci and Ray Petrocelli. Soon after Bob opened his pizzeria, local taverns asked if they could have a frozen version, and Doreen's Frozen Pizza was born.
