Do NOT use LBC services. Louis Brown is NOT insured and will lie about it to get jobs. I'll on a job he flooded my condo and I had a loss that was greater than $20,000. This happened in December 2015 and he is not paid a penny to help towards the repairs that he is liable to repair after he has told me numerous times he would fix it. He suggested that he purchase an insurance policy and commit insurance fraud by lying about the date that it happened. He told me that he had purchased an insurance policy from CT Lowndes but when I contacted that agent say I found out that he only had a policy for a month and did not have an active policy. He does not pay his workers and I know people that have worked for him that he does not pay. He was also reported on craigslist a couple months ago for taking $500 from somebody and never returning to their home to make the repairs. Please do not use this guy I am warning you.
