We contacted Michael Parks because we were interested in one of the rental properties listed on his website, and we weren't having much luck finding anything on craigslist/rent.com/etc. Not only was the website very imformative and well put together, it was the easiest way to search for your exact criteria: details/specs/location/size, etc. He was able to meet us quickly, and we didn't feel rushed viewing the properties we looked at. Came across very nice, knowledgable, punctual, and seemed like he was looking out for our best interest, (which seems rare these days). His knowledge in real estate made us feel very comfortable with selecting our new rental. I would highly recommend Michael and Las Vegas Housing Experts to anyone searching for a rental property.
