We contacted Michael Parks because we were interested in one of the rental properties listed on his website, and we weren't having much luck finding anything on craigslist/rent.com/etc. Not only was the website very imformative and well put together, it was the easiest way to search for your exact criteria: details/specs/location/size, etc. He was able to meet us quickly, and we didn't feel rushed viewing the properties we looked at. Came across very nice, knowledgable, punctual, and seemed like he was looking out for our best interest, (which seems rare these days). His knowledge in real estate made us feel very comfortable with selecting our new rental. I would highly recommend Michael and Las Vegas Housing Experts to anyone searching for a rental property. If we were in the market to buy, we would consider using him first. I rarely leave comments/remarks on surveys, but the experience was worth the time to write it. Mithkah and Nate Staley, 2/15/13

I've used Michael Parks on all my real estate since I moved to Las Vegas about 7 years ago. He's sold 3 of my homes and helped me purchase 3 other homes since then (2 of which he's managed for me for multiple years now). He's been amazing to work with and I'm extremely pleased with all the help he's given us over the years. He's always taken really good care of anyone I've ever referred to him, and I always send people his way because I know they'll be in good hands.
