A much-too-quick note to say thank you for your speedy response this week to our noisy boiler now a much quieter version of its former self. You have always been so diligent and kind, and we are ever so grateful for all the services you have provided for us over the years.

We have used PHD for 3 separate issues, one an emergency drain issue that was repaired very quickly, and fixed a preexisting problem that had been due to some faulty plumbing work done previousy by another plumber. After our first positive experience we had a major drain/sump job done in the basement it was done efficiently, professionally and it works perfectly. We have a dry basement for the first time in 17 years. The price was excellent and the work area was immaculate when they finished. We definitely recommend PHD.

My wife and I just purchased a home that has steam radiated heat. On our first night in the house, I turned the unit on, and minutes later, had significant water leakage from the radiators. I called P.H.D first thing the next morning. The office manager, Tina, answered immediately, and sent Robby and Danny to help. They were at my door within an hour. It was a simple fix for them. These guys are the best. The fizst time I used them was for a drain problem and today I had them replace my hot water heater. I left a message last night and got a call back first thing this morning. They were on time, in stalled the new heater and cleaned up after themselves. The prices are very reasonable and the work is top notch. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs.
