Founded in Columbus, Ohio in 1966 as a commercial real estate development company, the family-owned E.V. Bishoff Company is a firmly established leader in redevelopment of historic central business d E.V. Bishoff Co is the owner-operator of its properties, a rarity in commercial real estate today, and we maintain a buy-and-hold philosophy that shapes everything we do. We believe the tenant is the customer, and that the long-term best interests of the owner are best served by focusing on the long-term best interests of that customer. In practice, this means an easy-to-read four-page lease, and a representative from our office stopping by yours no less than once a month to make sure you're satisfied. Normal maintenance requests are completed within one hour, and once a request is logged, we follow up with a call within 24 hours to confirm the work met your expectations.
