I bought a friend mechanic for a thorough check, and it is good to go. The test drive went on smoothly, and I have no qualms about the controls and electronics because they all work perfectly. After a chat with my mechanic, I went on the office and offered to buy the car. Before having me signed, they wanted me to see the full documentations of the car. The mechanic told me that it is an important document, so I let him read it. The mechanic then told me that everything is good to go. I wasted no time and signed the paper work. Every feature of the car works great and finally agreed to sign the paperwork in the office. There was no hold ups, in fact, it was smooth sailing all the way. Fair deal, honest to goodness business, and I especially like a sales guy who knows when to talk.

Since the last one broke down, I simple needed to get one as replacement. I called up the office, spoke with Devin and made inquiries. Devin met me outside the shop and led me directly to the office to discuss my financing options. Devin called up a few times to find a lender for me, and just like that, he found one. He led me to the lot where the trucks lined up and chose a newer model. Devin offered a test drive and the truck was in excellent condition, I was truly impressed. We went back to the office and presented with the truck documents. I signed up the papers and drove my truck home just after a few hours. I said to myself these people are good and very efficient. The alarming news about scams surrounding car dealers worried me a lot. It made me weary and cautious until I found a company that derailed the facts. Out of this experience, it can be summed up with one word; honesty. Yes, Auto Extreme, Inc. proved to be by far, an honest business. The first thing I looked for is the proper documents that support the cars history, which includes maintenance and its former owner, along with other equally important records. The sales guy did not blink and right away, the documents were all tucked neatly in a big brown envelop. The pack contained pre-owned certificate, title, maintenance records, and insurance. The clean title put me at ease, once in for all. This means I am not liable for whatever standing loan the car got on. Secondly, the guy told me that the vehicle I chose was pre-owned. It means the car manufacturer refurbished the car inside and out, and the certificate proved it. The car looked lie brand new but the honest disclosure made me smile inside. The cars features works, everything, including the GPS, electrical and electronic features works just fine. The air bag has just been replaced, which showed in the records and good for another 5 to 6 years. The price was totally affordable and given that it went through great care, it should fetch more. Auto Extreme, Inc. is reliable, honest, and above all, professional in all aspect. They are meticulous and of course, friendly.

The people in Auto Extreme are extremely helpful, accommodating and informative. They know their cars, its features and which ones best suit each buyer or client; it is as if they’ve been with these cars for a long time and know their way around and through each one. I went there planning to buy the cheapest SUV they’ve got as I’m one of those soccer moms always on carpools and my old one was already showing signs of wear and tear. They didn’t try to sell me with the most expensive SUV they’ve got unlike the other dealerships, but presented me instead with 5 of their cheapest SUV models ranging from two grand to four grand, and I ended purchasing not their cheapest but a ’95 Grand Cherokee for more than two grand – all factors considered; mileage, exterior, interior, brand (I’m a Cherokee girl myself). I’m very happy with my experience and that’s because Auto Extreme has got the warmest and most professional staff and great selection of pre-owned cars. Will come back here if I’d need a new ride again.
