iLoveKickboxing really helped me. The staff are very patient and helpful, they always have your best interests at heart. The workout is tough but the results show, I've lost 15 pounds and gained a lot of muscle. It's honestly the highlight of my day. I recommend this to everyone if you're looking for a good work out with great results.

When I joined ILKB I didn't realize how much fun I'd have. I never enjoyed going to gyms because I always felt inferior. I definitely don't feel this way here. You can take your time if you're not as fast as everyone else, and build up to your own level. I have noticed I have built up more strength within the month I've been going. I highly recommend it here. The instructors are a lot of fun and very nice.
