Pollansky Construction was hired by the sellers to replace the septic system (tank and leach field) in our home prior to our closing in August of 2018. They removed four trees in order to install the gravity fed system, and in doing so left large roots sticking out of the soil in all four locations. It appears as though they just covered up the system with whatever soil they had dug out of the ground because it is full of rocks ranging in size from a pea to a cantaloupe. Because there was no topsoil added, we now have bare patches of dirt where the grass seed did not take root. One bare patch is even in the shape of a square right above where the new tank was placed. In addition, they left huge ruts in the side yard from where they brought the trucks onto the lawn. The yard is completely not leveled not, big mounds where the new system was installed and ruts from the tires. They also broke several of the bushes on the property including an expensive Japanese maple tree and an Azalea bush. When I posted this review on Facebook in order to warn other buyers to avoid the same experience, the owner Darby replied to my comment in a very rude and condescending way, essentially calling me a liar and saying they were false accusations. She then had my comments removed from the post. If I were a small business owner I would take that opportunity to show the how I could provide a way to make my customer happy, not have their comments removed. I recommend avoiding them at all costs
