First job was great, second one was a con. It took months for him to get started repairing my exterior trim, and then he shows up for two days, paints over all the decayed wood he said he'd replace, asks for a $1600 advance after a quick walk around, and I never saw him again. I am currently filing complaints and prepping for small claims court with evidence to show that the majority of his work was worthless since all the wood had to be torn out after he left.
Went to report him to DPOR and discovered that his license expired in 2013, and he's not even legally allowed to bill anybody more than 1000 for any job.

Charles has been working on several "this's and that's" in my home over the last few months, and I'm happy to say that he and his staff are always professional, courteous, very thorough and communicate with me above and beyond my expectations.

The worst! Do not use this company. Charles talked a good game when he came to give us estimate but didn't stand behind it at all, this was a nightmare! They start at 11-12 and end around 4-5, with not a lot of work done. Some days didn't even show up I had to call him for him to give me BS excuses. Work quality is not good and not professional and we now have an unfinished painted house because we fired him. I have never seen a company like this and I don't know how he stays in business. Horrible experience don't waste your time!!!!!
