We raise quality beef cattle in Big Sky Country..
We are a cow-calf pair operation in southwest area of Granite County in the State of Montana. McClain Ranch primarily raise cattle to sell to the agriculture market for public consumption. Our goal is to provide natural beef using summer grass pasture and the hay we grow ourselves to provide feed in the winter.

George W McClain
George W. McClain is a great person to show you how to do things. There is virtually nothing he can't do. Definitely knows how to work with animals especially with horses. He is a mechanic with the schooling behind it, and from what I have seen almost does everything else that is needed on the ranch. I am talking about the younger George (age 44) just so everyone knows not about the elder.
