Arrived when they said they would. Unfortunatly cut grass down nearly to the dirt. Raked most of the grass but dumped it at the back of the property. I suppose I did get my moneys worth but not what I expected.

We were given an estimate of $150.00 and no more than 2 hrs to fix a shower problem in the upstairs bath of our rental in Cheviot, OH by the plumber, Larry Sr of Mitchell & Son Plumbing and Lawncare. The agreement was that we as the homeowners, would supply the shower fixture, which we did, that needed to be replaced and the plumber would supply the labor and any and all other necessary parts for the job to be completed. The plumber also asked that we prepay the $150.00 which we did by check. The plumber agreed to come in and do the job on Friday, the 27th of September so that the job could be completed before our new tenant moved in on the 28th. On the 27th, the plumber contacted us to tell us that he could no longer make it to the house on the 27th and would like to come the following Monday, the 30th of September. Although this would put him in the house doing the repair after the tenant moved in we agreed to let him do that with the Tenant's approval. The plumber came on the 30th, broke a part while working on the shower plumbing, quit working and subsequently informed us that we would need to pay for the part that he had broken. He again postponed completing the job until the 4th of October and then on the 4th informed us that he would not be able to get back to complete the job until Monday, October 7...we told the plumber that our tenant was becoming frustrated with his delays and that he needed to complete the job by the end of the day on the 4th or we would be
