Our meats are seasoned and slow smoked in hickory wood burning pits on-site daily at each of our restaurants. We source only the highest quality meats in the country and if it's not perfect, we don't serve it. Dickey's serves up beef brisket, pulled pork, ham, polish sausage, turkey breast and chicken.
