Mark’s entrees and appetizers are of the Highest Caliber in Taste & Presentation and the attention to detail in every aspect of service is impeccable!! I never once had to enter my kitchen to say this needs replenished or do we have any more of that, Mark was on it every minute, giving 100% Fantastic Service!! I "highly recommend Mark's catering service as he is very flexible when choosing menu items whether it be an intimate dinner or a large party of friends and family, the food is "always" delicious from the Bacon Wrapped Scallops to the Stuffed Mushrooms, to the wonderful Baked Brie “AND” his prices are very reasonable!! Trust me when I say, "If you want an event to go off without a hitch and really enjoy your guests versus spending all your time in the kitchen worrying about food details, you NEED Mark”!!!
