They purchased a netbook from me on EBay and claimed it was not working when it was received and called me a liar. They processed a claim and won. When the netbook was returned to me it was fully functional and they had reloaded it and created a user with the company name. I appealed and EBay didn't care. Dealing with this user on EBay as Austion278 as this company on EBay was a mistake and has slandered my good EBay standing.
