Lauren is fantastic. She is always so personalable and I love chatting with Herr during my sessions. Shauna is also amazing. She always greets me when I come in and she knows me by name and face. Nothing but excellence with them.

I have been coming to the saugus location for over two years and always see Caryn. Thesrrvice is always great and so are the girls at the front desk. I always recommend this location to friends!

Brittany did a great job and made me feel really comfortable. All of the staff were smiling and very helpful. I will definitely be coming back here again instead of the mountain view location.
