The bill was so inflated that our insurance only covered about 25% of it. Now they're harassing us to try and get us to pay it. When pointing out all the charges for services never rendered they offered to reduce those fees, not remove them. Highly predatory company.

AZPackOut failed to give me an estimate for the work and bullied my tenant into signing a contract. Now they placed a mechanics lien on the property because I (the landlord) refuse to pay for work (I did not authorize) for my tenant. My insurance even offered to pay 3/4 of their bill which they refused.
