We used the one time on a trip and they did a great job. Everything was done how we asked and the dogs seemed happy. They offered us a discount on the long visit which was helpful for us.

This place is great! Friendly staff, great animals peeps and my dog, Miller, agrees. Their rates are reasonable and you get really good care.

I really wanted to give Prestigious Pets a good review, since they seem to have such positive comments from everyone else, but unfortunately, I feel like I am being generous with 1 star. My experience with Prestigious Pets has been very mixed since we started using their services just under a year ago. I have a pug (Daphne), so this review is only for their 20-minute a day dog walk every when my other half is traveling. The business set up and how things are supposed to run is very good; they provide a substitute walker (but do not seem to care if it is male/female) if the regular walker is out sick or on vacation. All of the walkers we have dealt with have been nice, but they are always LATE. Is an 8:30am walk too much to ask for? I have also requested a FEMALE dog walker since Daphne was abused by a man. They continuously ignore my request for a female dog walker. I don't believe myself to be an overly demanding customer, so I found it frustrating that we had so many problems with this company over our time with them. Our actual interaction with the owner/manager and office has been less than stellar - I should say, non-existent. Responses to e-mails, calls, etc., are ignored and with no response at all.
