We placed an emergency call in for a refrigerator that stopped cooling (not purchased from them). Although it was Saturday and they had no technician available... they called until they found someone (THANK YOU RICK) that was willing to come out and fix it. We had medication that needed to stay refrigerated and were desperate to get it fixed... they answered the call with professionalism and compassion. I would recommend them to anyone.....
