Colorado Quality Constructions is the worst business in the market for basement modelling. Even the simple project of just framing and drywall could not be done on time. You cannot believe the owner Adrian Delgado. You can deal with this business at your risk. He takes all the money and leaves the project half way and without any trace. The quality workmanship is the worst possible you can get. Wish you all the best!!!

Disappointed in time/project management skills. Worst communication... We contracted Adrian and his team to do a garage remodel and build a new garage. This was bid to be a 10 week project. The start of the project was delayed (not his fault), but when it began, we were anxious to see the work done. Six months later the project still had not been complete, and he refused to return our phone calls or texts. After a successful mediation with the county, we came to new terms and a new schedule-three weeks. We are now three weeks past that new deadline. We have been understanding of weather (he has other winter weather commitments), but after a week of good weather, no communication, missing deadlines and scheduled work, we have had enough. We would not recommend this company to anyone. The time management/project management/communication is subpar... He may be low priced, but this is an example where you get what you pay for.

I most certainly NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS !Adrian and company are just down right lairs, and they have the nerve to preach the Godspell to you. With Christian poses like this not to mention that they leave the project before its completed. We all need to go after this guy and put them out of commission. We as good faith home owners should not have to be subjected to this treatment. from the looks of it he is doing it over and over. So why has the county and professional business not put a stop to this guy. If you feel have been stiffed by this guy like I have. We need to ban together and make a formal complaint . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! PLEASE DO NOT HIRE ADRIAN DELGADO. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER FINISH THE JOB. DUE TO FAULTY WIRING OF MY RANGE HOOD SENT ME AT 36 WEEKS PREGNANT TO THE HOSPITAL. SO HE IS NOT ONLY A THIEF HE IS PUTTING FAMILIES IN DANGER.

Stay far away from this company Adrian Delgado is a liar and a theft. My husband and I hired Adrian to demo a carport and breezeway because he was highly recommend by our brother on law Michael Dupree. At first we thought we made a good decision work was being done at a goid pace. However, when the city stated that we needed a demo permit things quickly went downhill. Adrian disappear with our money and now I have no demo permit and a yard full of trash that can not be moved without a permit.
