I recently purchased two "Grade A" computers from this company off of NewEgg. These computers were covered in scratchs, dents where the vents are and the back plates were not even screwed down. This is far from Grade A refurbish. At most these would be C grade. I would not recommend this company as it is apparent that they have a very, very, VERY low standard of what Grade A means. These units are basically worthless for me to try to resell as I will have to put in about $200 in work just to get them back to what should be Grade A. This puts me in a bind, because now I have to do work to fix these up, in the meantime, find actual good looking computers for my client that needs them. Thanks for the headaches and thanks for nothing. Stay away from this company.
