I have had multiple great experiences with Douglas Auto Body. Great work, better than competitive repair costs, super efficient repair time, quality replacement parts, paint, and work. Additionally, Doug is professional, trustworthy, and provides attentive interaction with each individual customer and may perform extra services at no charge (e.g. he buffed my headlights on my other vehicle when I picked up repaired vehicle). If total satisfaction is not met, (Douglas Auto Body) Doug will ensure that your satisfaction, is not only met but, exceeds your expectations. Overall, Douglas Auto Body is the most satisfied quality of work I have received over the other bigger more well known repair facilities I (and those I know) have used in the Fredericksburg, Virginia area. Furthermore, I believe he is retired/former law enforcement which I support as well.
