If I could give this company 0 stars I would. In July, our home warranty company referred us to Diagnostic Heating and Air-conditioning of Randallstown, MD for an AC problem. The tech came out and, because they did not have the necessary parts, ended up rigging two smaller capacitors together to replace the required component, stating they would order the correct part and return. A few weeks went by and when we called to follow up, the company said there was nothing wrong with the repair and refused to replace the temp repair with the correct part. Fast forward to Sep... Our AC is, again, not blowing cold. Same company is sent out and the Tech states that the unit is now tripping the breaker and is evidence that the compressor would need to be replaced, but did nothing to fix the problem other than flip the breaker. On calling the next day to follow up, was told the tech from the day before was no longer with the company and it would be two days before they could get back to us. When the tech did not arrive, after having waited for him all day, we were then told he could not make it then, but that we would be first on the list the following morning. When, again, he did not arrive as promised, we were then told we were not in his system, though we had just spoken to the same man less than 12-hours before. He then stated that we would have to call the warranty company again to set up another ticket, even though the one we had opened earlier in the week was still open with
