I'm a big fan of AC Boca Raton. They offer prompt, courteous service ... from the office personnel who deal with you on the phone to the technicians who come to your home. I have an older unit that makes me wonder each summer if it will make it. This Company has repaired it twice when they could have told me it couldn't be repaired and sold me a new unit. I called after 4pm on a Sunday. Air wasn't getting cold and thermostat was holding at 79 even though I set it for 70. A tech was at my place within minutes. He found an iced over coil that had backed up all the way to the outdoor unit and an indoor freon leak. He added freon to hold me over the weekend. My system, which they installed in 2000, lasted 15 years -- not bad, when you consider that these things generally have a ten-year life. I will be getting an estimate for a new system from them.
