Literally in a blink of an eye my life as a single working mom and caregiver to my mom with Alzheimer's disease came to a complete hault. I was severely injured at work. With compound fractures to leg and ankle, dislocation, ligament, tendon and nerve damage I was devastated. I was at risk of amputation. I was completely terrified. After 2 surgeries I was sent home with Private Hom Care LLC services. This company is absolutely amazing the owners and staff were just incredible, truly compassionate and competent. The staff and management go above and beyond what is expected. They have been taking care of the"whole" me not just the injury. I don't feel like just a patient, they make you feel like a friend or part of their family. Danielle Hannigan has been amazing, helping me get the best medical care. The whole team has been very attentive to my needs. I've been their patient for 6 months now and I am more than pleased. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone in need of home services.

Private Home Care Services is the BEST HOME CARE AGENCY IN MA. As a spinal cord injured patient I have been through a number of agencies that can care for a patient in my condition vented, trach and quadriplegic. Danielle Hannigan, RN is amazing her ability to manage my care and the staff with such compassion is so impressive. Whenever I have a worry or concern I can call Damien Thornton or Danielle Hannigan and they respond promptly and always find a solution to any of my health concerns or issues. I know daily they go above and beyond their job duties and their staff see the owners and leadership operate in that manner and it shows! If you a severely injured or have multiple health concerns this is the home health agency for you! They are extremely knowledgable as far how to pay for your care. They have great relationships with Mass General Hospital doctors. Also were able to recommend attorneys in the area for estate planning which was super helpful. Altogether they can manage your every need from home health care to private nursing! I will never have to look for another agency which really allows me to focus on my health. Check them out www.
