Gary Weiss or Gary Shraga Owner of Blue River Diamonds Jewelry has failed to refund me for over $9,000 dollars. He has paid me only $7,000 of my $16,000. I returned the diamond he claimed to be certified and in good quality for a full refund. (Diamond was not certified as claimed and sold as a higher quality for premium prices not worth the value) I sent him the diamond back and he hasn't retuned my money. I have asked Gary to pay me in full and he refuses. He claims that he purchased back the diamond from me as a favor for $7,000. He has ignored calls and all types of communication. This is white color crime and fraud at its best. I am now taking my story viral to help other.
