I purchased a sectional from Lugano in August. They did not have the full set in stock. I originally was told it would be sent in 3 months from ITALY. We paid for the sectional in full on the day we went in. As much as we did not want to wait, they sold us the sectional based on the promise that we WILL 100% have it within three months from the purchase date GUARANTEED! 3 months later, we get a call from LUGANO. They said that the piece they ordered 3 months ago came as the wrong piece so now we have to wait ANOTHER THREE MONTHS. So now, a half of a year we have to wait. The colors of the sofas will be different and the wear of it will also be drastically different. This is not how you run a business. They told me i was a piece of shit customer and that i deserve to wait. He said there is nothing he can do. He took advantage of me and had no empathy.I said to him " If there is a mistake that happens on behalf of your company, i expect an apology and effort to make it right". I should not be told " OH WELL, ILL GIVE YOU MONEY BACK FOR THE PIECE ". Its very unprofessional. please be careful and think again when you stop by this store. Hope you don't make the same mistake that I have made. I'm disputing the charge through my credit card company.
