Called James Rich to fix a septic tank problem and he was okay at first and then gave me the run around that he would be there to fix it then he had to wait on the inspector and then it was raining and she couldn't come although the sun started shining and no show . Then he would be there another time . I do not recommend this service at all . Was not honest .
