StarChild Academy started using Higgins Marketing Group's services five month ago. Since that time, they have done a superb job in assisting us in many areas of our school’s marketing efforts. On the website development side, Higgins has helped us in analyzing new website development options and in improving our SEO through better page titles, meta descriptions, and image alt tags. They assisted in design review and copy editing for StarChild Academy's new 12-page brochure. Higgins Marketing Group worked with us on e-mail marketing strategies for reaching existing customers and new customers. They have aided StarChild Academy in ROI analysis of various marketing alternatives including Angie’s List and Yelp. Higgins completed graphic design work for StarChild Academy’s Facebook marketing campaigns. They provided reputation management assistance by analyzing our online reviews, helping us reply to these reviews, and helping us to generate additional positive reviews. They also helped us by analyzing services provided by online reputation management companies. Higgins Marketing Group has reviewed and provided guidance regarding our in-print adverting in publications such as Playground Magazine, The Moms Magazine, Orlando Family Magazine, and Orlando Kids' Directory.
