I've never worked with a more professional company. Jamie came out to look at my roof and was completely honest with me about whether I should replace me roof or just a section of it. He showed me where every piece of damage on my roof was and helped me work with my insurance company to get it covered. I ended up getting my entire roof replaced and called them back months later when I needed some interior remodeling done.
